OAK Telecom provides you with expert overview consulting to help you assess the telecommunications needs of your business or government department free of charge.  We then provide a comprehensive solution, bringing in expertise from our chosen business partner suppliers as needed, to provide you with an offer for the most appropriate products and services. 

We at OAK Telecom make our income from the sales and marketing margin normally allowed for by the suppliers of the services chosen by our clients. This enables our clients to make informed decisions quickly and with no consulting fees or extra charge on the service charges normally payable by going direct to a supplier.  This approach also enables us to provide overview project management support for our customers, free of charge, to ensure the implementation and operation progress smoothly.  We use modern Web-based techniques, such as the remote monitoring of network services, to maximise the efficiency of this aspect. 

Detailed consulting projects are also undertaken at fair hourly or project rates where of interest to our clients.
